Ms. Zachrisson is an aviation commercial development leader who joined Paslay Group in February 2026 as an Associate Principal with the firm’s business advisory practice. She is an expert in non-aeronautical revenue streams, including terminal food and retail concessions, airport parking, rental cars, advertising, as well as overall passenger experience.
During her more than 25 years in aviation, she has built a reputation for developing award-winning terminal food and retail programs that generate critical airport revenue. Airport Experience News named her its 2026 Property Manager of the Year and cited her work spearheading development of San Diego International Airport’s (SAN) new restaurant and retail program as part of its $3.8B Terminal 1 project, which opened in September 2025.
For nearly a decade, she led the Airport Dining & Retail program at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and was responsible for the ongoing development of its diverse and high-performing program. She also has extensive experience with and a passion for creating opportunities for small businesses in the airport environment. She is a past chair of the ACI-NA Commercial Management Committee and is a frequent speaker at industry events, both in the U.S. and internationally.
A dual American and Swedish national, she earned her Master of Legal Studies with a concentration in Alternative Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University in Malibu, Calif., and Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Media & Communication Science from the University of Göteborg, Sweden.
