Mr. Laub is an experienced construction and project manager who joined Paslay Group in July 2025 as Construction Manager for the firm’s Executive Program Management engagement at John Wayne Airport, Orange County (SNA). He is an experienced construction and project manager who has led teams implementing everything from small renovations to complex commercial programs and projects for large corporate owners, including five years’ coordinating landside project logistics at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).
He is forward-thinking and skilled at mitigating risks in a safe, responsible, and cost-effective manner, and he excels in working within various project delivery methods, including Design-Build, Guaranteed Maximum Price, Stipulated Sum, and others.
He specializes in traffic management, structural renovations in active operating environments, subcontractor management, process development, construction phasing, permits, inspections, and risk management. He embraces lean construction methods with active boots-on-the-ground oversight, open communication, and creative solutions to manage challenges along the way.
Mr. Laub is a California licensed General Contractor and holds various Homeland Security certifications and clearances.
