Mr. Bessette joined Paslay Group in 2025 as an associate principle, bringing more than 15 years of experience in public-sector administration, economic development, community engagement, research, and project management. In his role, William supports the Executive Program Management practice, focusing on new business development and business operations, while also supporting Paslay Group’s project sites nationwide.
Prior to joining Paslay Group, Mr. Bessette served with Metro Government of Nashville and Davidson County, where he conducted economic and social research, developed reports and data analysis, and worked with elected officials, business leaders, and community organizations. Previously, he held several roles with the City of Phoenix, supporting executive leadership, economic development initiatives, public infrastructure and special project, procurement, and community outreach.
Mr. Bessette earned a master’s degree in Public Administration from Arizona State University and a master’s degree in American Political Systems form Northern Arizona University.
