Paul Dorsey is an aviation executive leader with over 35 years in operations, planning, and construction. He has held positions supporting airport owners and airlines. He excels at budget and time management and cultivating positive client relationships. His first 18+ years were spent at Southwest Airlines CRE, where he learned Customer Service and Airport Operations.
Mr. Dorsey joined PG Executive Program Management in July 2024 as Associate Principal and Design Manager for Elevate CVG, Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky’s multi-year terminal modernization program.
His previous engagements have included roles focused on passenger experience, airport expansion and renovation, and other operational developments. He has assisted in delivering programs for international airports ranging from Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) and Chicago Midway (MDW) to Harry Reid (LAS) and Tampa (TPA).
Mr. Dorsey earned his bachelor’s degree in marketing from Texas A&M University.
