Mr. Blue joined Paslay Group in 2017 to lead the firm’s Executive Program Management practice. He has more than 30 years of experience in the public and private sector working in aviation, economic development, and capital development efforts. He served as Executive Program Manager for the $2.8B JFK Terminal 6-7 redevelopment program.
Since then, he has led the startup work at CVG, CHS, MCI, SNA, STL, and STT/STX in the Virgin Islands. He held several leadership positions with the City of Phoenix, including at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. As Executive Vice President, he provides leadership, consulting, and strategic direction for the business unit and all EPM teams operating in the field.
