Lauren joined Paslay Group in December 2024 as Corporate Controller and leads all financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting for the firm. She has 20 years of experience, beginning with a diverse career in the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Paslay Group, she served in a similar role for a national aviation staffing firm that supports ground handling, passenger and ramp services, terminal services, and cargo, security, and maintenance services.
Lauren earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting and Finance from Salem State University in Massachusetts and a master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas.
