She has 24 years’ experience in the airport industry with the past 16 years focused on commercial management consulting to North American airports on how to create, market, manage, measure, and improve world-class shopping and dining environments.
Lauren previously served as Director of Economic Affairs and Membership Services for Airports Council International-North America (ACI-NA). She is a graduate of Georgetown University and holds an MBA from The George Washington University.
