Ms. Golston is a results-and solutions-driven program and construction manager with 35 years of owner-focused design and development experience. She joined Paslay Group in 2025 as Executive Program Manager for the firm’s engagement at Charleston International Airport and is providing executive-level support for the CHS Terminal Development Program.
She specializes in program and construction management, client relations, procurement, pre-construction and construction operations, cost control, change negotiations, and closeout. Throughout her career, she has been a trusted advisor, fostering consensus and team building across her engagements.
Prior to joining Paslay Group, Ms. Golston served as Senior Project Manager for the $891 million in terminal and concourse development programs at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX). She was also Senior Project Manager for Stage I of the PHX Skytrain automated people mover system, which was completed in 2013.
Ms. Golston earned her undergraduate degree in Architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University (Virginia Tech) in Blacksburg, Va.
