Mr. Usher joined Paslay Group in 2025 as Program Controls Manager for the firm’s Executive Program Management engagement at Ontario International Airport (ONT). He has over 25 years of experience in project management, construction management, cost estimating, scheduling, cost management, and program/project controls in the aviation industry and beyond.
He is a certified Value Methodology Associate (VMA) and is passionate about construction, problem-solving and leading teams within cultures of empowerment, engagement and transparency. Most recently he supported development programs at George Bush Intercontinental (IAH), and San Antonio (SAT) and Denver (DEN) international airports.
Mr. Usher earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Houston.
