Mr. Cassidy is a construction executive with over 40 years of industry experience and approaches every project with a focus on the desired end result. With significant experience on both the contractor and the owner sides of the business, Terry brings a unique perspective to a project with a keen understanding of the owner’s needs and how to utilize the contractors’ tools to deliver the vision.
Terry has experience ranging from single large projects ($1B) to multi-billion-dollar programs and has worked on delivering over $12B in completed construction projects with a significant concentration in airport facilities. He has experience in the design, development, and build-out of airport and rail terminals, automated people movers, parking structures, airfield infrastructure, airport concessions, healthcare, hospitality, and stadium projects.
