Mr. Ivy has over 40 years of construction, construction management and program management experience in both industrial and commercial construction with half that time spent managing aviation projects. Jim’s experience includes managing runway, taxiway and perimeter taxiway projects at both Bush Intercontinental Airport and DFW Airport plus managing the construction of the new terminal, ATCT, rental car and maintenance facilities for the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport as well as the Terminal Renewal & Improvements Program at DFW.
Jim’s expertise includes a thorough knowledge of construction means and methods, engineering principals and procedures, constructability review, quality assurance, scheduling and a valuable understanding of terminal and airfield operations.
Jim is currently the Implementation Manager for the new Single Terminal and Garage $1.5B Program at the Kansas City International Airport.
