
Martha Hernandez has over three decades of diverse aviation leadership experience working with and for airports to increase non-aeronautical revenue, improve customer experience, contain costs, improve efficiencies, and develop strategic initiatives. She previously served in executive leadership roles at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, where she developed and implemented revenue growth strategies, process improvement, and innovation initiatives across concessions, finance, customer experience, and operations functions. She leads Paslay Group client engagements and is highly skilled in analyzing and developing strategies to best achieve airport objectives for revenue generation, customer service, stakeholder engagement, ACDBE goals, and program performance.
Before joining Paslay Group, Martha served in several leadership roles at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport for over 17 years, most recently as the Assistant Vice President of Strategic Process Integration, where she led the creation of integrated processes to enhance the customer experience and safety and security of the Airport for the Integrated Operations Center.
Martha holds an MBA from Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at El Paso.
