Martha P. Hernandez, MBA, CPA – A certified public accountant and Lean Six Sigma professional with over 23 years of professional experience. A strategic and results-oriented professional; she has successfully developed strategies resulting in revenue growth, cost reductions, improved customer experiences, and innovative streamlined processes.
Martha brings over 17 years of diverse aviation experiences having held leadership roles in business development for Concessions, Customer Experience, Finance and Operations at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) leading cross-functional teams in enhancing productivity, improving efficiency, and developing strategic plans for increasing revenues and implementing new processes. Martha brings highly analytical problem solving, communication, and issues resolution skills which have been used in the many projects she has managed from conception to implementation.
Prior to joining Paslay Group, Martha served in several key leadership roles at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport for over 17 years, most recently as the Assistant Vice President of Strategic Process Integration where she lead the creation of integrated processes to enhance the customer experience and safety and security of the Airport for the Integrated Operations Center.
Martha holds a M.B.A degree from Texas Christian University’s (TCU) Neeley School of Business and a B.B.A. from University of Texas, El Paso
