Ms. Villarreal is Paslay Group’s Executive Vice President for Administration. She has over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, and personnel resource management. Ms. Villarreal is responsible for finance, accounting, contracts, employee benefits administration, talent recruiting, HR, and the daily operations of the privately-owned business.
She works closely with corporate business partners on forecasts, budget planning, talent recruitment, and business development. Ms. Villarreal plays an integral role in identifying, recruiting, and training staff as required by airport clients. She also maintains project contracts, assists with claim resolution or contract issues, and budget forecasting.
