
Michael “Mike” Carroll is an inspired leader with extensive experience managing capital projects and facility operations across multiple markets, with the last 20 years in aviation. He has mentored and coached diverse teams and strives to build confidence and skill sets among team members.
He is a skilled communicator and multidimensional leader who has successfully completed several high profile and schedule sensitive projects for clients including Denver and Hartfield-Jackson Atlanta international airports. He currently serves as Construction Manager for PG Executive Program Management’s engagement with the Cleveland Airport Systems providing Executive Airport Development Program services for the forthcoming CLE Terminal Modernization Development Program.
Mr. Carroll earned his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Union College in Schenectady, N.Y., and his MBA from John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio. He is a Professional Engineer licensed in Ohio and Colorado and a certified Project Management Professional.
