Finding Solutions to Meet Your Needs

Conventional delivery methods continue to serve many programs effectively. However, some projects require a more integrated approach capable of addressing:

  • Greater Cost and Schedule Certainty
  • Accelerated Project Delivery
  • Performance-Based Operational Accountability
  • Private Sector Innovation and Technical Expertise
  • Aligned Governance and Procurement
  • Coordinated Stakeholders
  • Alignment of Program Goals with Day-to-Day Execution

For many owners, the challenge is not simply how to build and finance the project. The challenge is how to structure the program in a way that supports long-term operational, financial and organizational goals. As a trusted advisor we work directly with the project owner to determine a structure that best fits their needs.

When To Choose an Alternative Delivery Model

P3s tend to offer the strongest outcomes when one or more of the following are priorities:

  • Reduced exposure to claims and change orders
  • Lifecycle and whole-life cost efficiencies
  • Financing flexibility beyond traditional financial structures
  • Reduced exposure to long-term revenue volatility
  • Long-term risk transfer tied to a single accountable private partner

The appropriate delivery strategy depends on the owner’s goals, risk tolerance, development and operational control requirements, and long-term program objectives. Every program has unique objectives and constraints. We provide the guidance, clarity, and insight necessary for you to make the best informed decision for your program needs.
