Mr. Solis has over 35 years of extensive “hands-on” experience at all levels of airport capital development. His experience ranges from direct day to day “boots on the ground” responsibility for multi-billion dollar complex airport developments (past Vice-President, Airport Development and Engineering with Dallas Fort Worth International Airport) to being responsible for a wide-ranging portfolio of aviation projects in the private sector (past Senior Vice-President, Global Aviation, for PARSONS Corporation). Currently, Mr. Solis is the Program Director, having executive responsibility, for the bold and transformational Terminal Modernization Program now underway at (PIT) Pittsburgh International Airport.
Perfecto’s strong leadership skills and strategic thought process has earned him a reputation for delivering large complex aviation capital programs on schedule and on budget. Mr. Solis is viewed as a collaborative partner and team player by Airport, Airline, and Community Stakeholders while possessing strong business and political acumen. Mr. Solis has solid written and verbal communications skills. He is equally comfortable at the contractor negations table as he is communicating complex business structures with the airport board of directors or city council members. His integrity and ethical behavior is the hallmark of his professional career.
