Ms. Hoffecker joined Paslay Group in October 2025 as the firm’s first Talent Acquisition Director. She brings the firm a wealth of experience in talent acquisition, leadership, and strategic recruitment. She has a record of building scalable recruiting processes, developing high-performing teams, and driving innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in niche markets.
Throughout her career, Ms. Hoffecker has helped architecture, engineering, construction, and consulting firms recruit and hire high-quality talent that aligns with their organizational goals. She is an advocate for data-driven decision-making and has contributed to talent acquisition initiatives at organizations such as The Haskell Co. and RS&H.
Ms. Hoffecker earned her undergraduate degree in Fine Arts from the University of North Florida and lives in North Carolina.
