Justin Ritter is an aviation professional with 19 years of experience in airport facility planning and business analysis. In 2024, he joined PG Advisory, Paslay Group’s division focused on enterprise-level strategies to improve airport performance.
Mr. Ritter’s project experience includes commercial lease negotiations, rental car facility planning and procurement support, commercial development planning, site selection studies, master plans, sustainability plans, and financial feasibility analysis. His most recent engagements include rental car program strategy and agreement negotiations at Baltimore/Washington International Airport (BWI); commercial development and rental car facility planning at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS); and rental car and FBO agreement modernization and lease negotiation at Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM).
Mr. Ritter earned his Bachelor of Science degree in aeronautical science and MBA in aviation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Fla. He is a certified member of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), and is a LEED accredited professional for leadership in energy and environmental design (LEED AP).
