
Mr. Larsen is an accomplished architect with nearly three decades of experience and 18 years in the aviation industry. He joined Paslay Group in March 2025 as Executive Program Manager for the firm’s team supporting the St. Louis Lambert International Airport Consolidated Terminal Program.
He has extensive experience working on airport terminal design and project management, engaging with airport clients and stakeholders. His aviation experience includes tenant improvements, airport planning tasks, terminal design, and program management roles. His recent airport engagements have included San Antonio International Airport’s (SAT) $1.7B Terminal Development Program and Salt Lake City International Airport’s (SLC) $4.8B Airport Redevelopment Program.
Mr. Larsen earned undergraduate and graduate degrees in architecture from the University of Utah and is a licensed registered Architect. He is also a Project Management Institute certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
