
Mr. Ferguson is a client-focused architect with over a decade of specialized experience in aviation and transit architecture. He is a dedicated team leader who excels in collaborative settings and is recognized for his leadership skills, strong technical skillset and deep knowledge of aviation and transit history along with industry trends to bring a service-oriented mentality to deliver positive outcome-oriented results for both planning and design program initiatives.
He has played pivotal roles in managing or championing key programmatic portions of a diverse range of planning and design projects. His portfolio includes clients such as George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) in Houston, the United Airlines Terminal 3 hub at San Francisco International Airport (SFO), and international airports in Denver (DEN), Orlando (MCO), Palm Beach (PBI), San Antonio (SAT), and Tampa (TPA).
Mr. Ferguson currently serves as Design Manager for Paslay Group’s Executive Program Management team assisting Allegheny County Airport Authority (ACAA) in the PIT Transformed Terminal Modernization Program, slated for completion in 2025.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Human Environmental Science from the University of Missouri – Columbia, followed by a Master of Science in Construction Management from Washington University in St. Louis and a Master of Architecture from the University of Kansas in Lawrence. He is a Registered Architect in Florida, Kansas, and Texas; and a member of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), the American Institute of Architects (AIA), and the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA).
