Mr. Waterhouse is a design and development professional specializing in concessions project management. He has worked on a variety of aviation projects ranging from retail concession spaces to multi-billion dollar international terminal programs.
His expertise includes strategic planning, project planning, design and construction management, and delivery of concourse concessions, services, and premier air lounge projects. Additionally, he assists in the coordination and management of stakeholder activity in complex construction projects with multiple tenants.
Mick began his tenure at Los Angeles World Airports (LAX) in 2014 with the concessions program design for Terminals 1, 3, & 6. He is currently supporting LAX as a Concessions Project Manager for the Terminal Development and Improvement Program.
