
Andy Carpenter joined Paslay Group in July 2023 and has nearly two decades’ experience as a civil engineer with design-build project management expertise who has represented the owner’s interest on numerous multi-million-dollar programs. He currently serves as a Construction Manager as part of the PG Executive Program Management team supporting Nashville International Airport’s Vision and New Horizon programs.
Mr. Carpenter previously successfully managed three Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) projects worth a combined $500 million as part of the Landside Access and Modernization Program (LAMP), including the $250 million LAX Economy Parking garage as well as multiple curb and roadways projects serving the landside development at LAX. His airport experience includes engagements at Oakland International Airport (OAK), King County (BFI), Bellingham (BLI), and Spokane (GEG) international airports in Washington State; and Vancouver International Airport (YVR) in British Columbia.
He holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from California State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer in California and Washington State.
