Jamie Faletto was appointed Paslay Group Controller in September 2022 and is responsible for monthly budget forecasts, financial statements and Finance Department initiatives as well as helping ensure that Paslay Group achieves its overall financial goals.
Faletto served as Controller for Calloway’s Nursery, the nation’s second largest independent garden center and nursery, from 2020 until she joined Paslay Group. She previously served in several financial roles at First Command Financial Services Inc. and was the company’s Vice President of Finance from 2010 to 2020. Her career also includes positions at BDO, a Dallas-based accounting firm; Cook Children’s Health Care System; and the Hood County News.
Faletto earned her undergraduate degree in accounting from The University of North Texas in Denton and her Executive MBA from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth. She has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1993. She is a member of Texas Wall Street Women, the American Institute of CPAs, and the Texas Society of CPAs.
