Ms. Finley oversees all Paslay Group contracts and subcontract consulting agreements throughout their life cycles. She works closely with the firm’s division presidents, program managers, and clients on contracts, amendments, and invoicing for all projects.
She began working with Paslay Group in 2018 as a subconsultant on the Build KCI Single Terminal Program and began working directly for our firm in September 2021 managing subconsultant contracts for the Kansas City International Airport project. Her work was essential to the successful delivery of the beautiful, new MCI terminal in 2023.
Ms. Finley has 25 years’ administrative expertise in professional service contract interpretation, time management, program management, understanding and implementation of policies and procedures, and various projects in support of the team’s strategic goals and needs. Her strong attention to detail and motivational and organizational skills provide all levels of staff with valuable project planning insight necessary to make airport capital development programs successful.
