Jim is a civil engineer and project management executive with more than four decades’ experience implementing more than $33.3 billion in large-scale, domestic and international civil and airport infrastructure programs. His expertise includes project management, contracts, procurement, and project controls. Jim currently leads the PG Executive Program Management team assisting Austin-Bergstrom International Airport with its multi-year Journey with AUS Airport Expansion and Development Program.
Prior to joining Paslay Group in 2023, Jim served in executive and leadership roles on various infrastructure and airport development projects in Saudi Arabia, Poland, the Philippines, Mexico, Canada, and Qatar. He served in program leadership roles for capital development programs at Warsaw’s Solidarity Transport Hub Airport; The New Manila International Airport in Bulacan, Philippines; Mexico City’s New International Airport; Abu Dhabi International Airport; and Jorge Chavez International Airport in Lima, Peru.
Jim is earned his Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Champion certifications.
