Project Overview

The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority engaged PG Advisory in 2021 to assess its concessions program performance. MNAA subsequently expanded our firm’s scope to include business strategy and execution of the BNA Vision Concessions Redevelopment Program. The program opened on schedule in the fall of 2023. Our contract has since been extended for seven years to continue supporting future BNA concession development.

PG Advisory’s scope has included:

• Providing MNAA staff augmentation services to oversee and manage the development of 110,000 square feet of new concessions space by a third-party developer and to plan, develop, and execute a separate direct-leased concessions program for a new, eight-gate Satellite Concourse.
• Leading the RFP process for the direct lease of concessions program operations in the Satellite Concourse, which opened in October 2023.
• Redefined processes for sublease approvals, tenant design review and construction approvals, and contractual oversight of Airport Concessions Disadvantage Business Enterprise (ACDBE) participation achievements requirements.
