LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT

Project Overview

Since 2016, PG Advisory has provided staff augmentation services for Los Angeles International Airport’s concession redevelopment program, including food and beverage, retail, and duty-free outlets.

The work has been performed through an on-call service engagement supporting Terminals 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, the Midfield Satellite Concourse, and Tom Bradley International Terminal.  Over 200 concessions exceeding 250,000 square feet have opened under direct, prime, and developer operating agreements.

PG Advisory’s continues to work with Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) on developing new and existing concession opportunities before the 2028 Los Angeles Olympics.

Our LAX services have included:

• Space planning and programming.
• Coordination of design and construction.
• Development of commercial strategies and financial proformas.
• RFP business terms.
• Updating lease agreements and negotiating leases.
• Phasing construction planning for activating concessions redevelopment.
