PG supports the City of San Antonio Aviation Department in developing and executing their 5 year enterprise-wide Strategic Plan. Collaborating with Airport leadership and employees, PG provides subject matter expertise and project management support for strategic initiatives including change management, employee engagement, cascading enterprise goals to the work unit level, tracking performance and evaluating program effectiveness.
