Project Overview

Paslay Group has provided Executive Program Management services to the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority since 2016 supporting the $1.4 billion BNA Vision capital improvement program for Nashville International Airport. The program includes a 200,000-square-foot Grand Lobby with 24 TSA security screening lanes, massive multimedia digital and visual art installations, and concessions that opened in February 2023. The phased program includes a 7,000-car parking garage, a 292-room airport hotel, reconfigured landside roadways, and a new central utility plant are scheduled to open by late 2023.

MNAA retained PG Advisory Services separately in 2021 to support the BNA Concessions Redevelopment Program and quickly expanded the scope to include concessions planning, analyses, and development for a separate eight-gate satellite concourse scheduled to open in Fall 2023.
