PG Executive Program Management Helped Deliver BNA Vision with Hotel Project
NASHVILLE, Tenn., April 22, 2024 – The doors to the $95 million Hilton BNA Nashville Airport Terminal Hotel are officially open, marking the first time travelers can find lodging onsite at one of the fastest growing international airports in the country.
Paslay Group led the consultant team working with Metro Nashville Airport Authority to develop the hotel procurement documents, led the collaborative dialogue meetings with the developers, and lease negotiations supporting MNAA in their selection of the developer of the facility.

The hotel sits atop the Terminal Garage 1 and features over 300 rooms, including seven suites. It has a restaurant, coffee shop, gym, meeting rooms, banquet hall, and rooftop pool deck and lounge overlooking the BNA airfield and terminal. Additionally, in contrast to other nearby hotels, the new property allows guests the ultimate luxury of convenience.
MNAA retained PG Executive Program Management in 2016 to support the BNA Vision capital development and again in 2023 to assist in delivering the BNA New Horizons expansion. The Authority retained PG Advisory in 2021 to provide concessions consulting services for BNA Vision and has extended the firm’s service through New Horizon.
BNA Vison included a new BNA Grand Lobby and 24-lane, consolidated security checkpoint that opened in January 2023; a central Marketplace with locally branded restaurants, and a new International Arrivals Facility that opened in September 2023; and an upgraded baggage handling system, parking garages, a transportation center, and a new office building. PG EPM also supported developed of an eight-gate satellite terminal that opened last fall.
The $1.5 billion New Horizon program spans two concourses and includes a new air freight building, terminal roadway improvements and additional upgrades to further enhance the traveler experience. New Horizon will be phased in over the next six years with a scheduled completion in late 2028.
