Paslay Group is currently recruiting for a CONTRACTS MANAGER for our Executive Program Management team at Pittsburgh International Airport.
SUMMARY:
The Contracts Manager is responsible for oversight and management of the Terminal Modernization Program (TMP) contracts and related processes.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and integrate a team of professional staff that will deliver and provide support to the construction delivery processes of various contracting methods for multiple construction TMP projects, starting with the procurement to the closeout phases.
- Ensure that the implementation processes, procedures, and contract terms are consistent with PIT Airport Authority requirements while adhering to established controls and monitoring tools currently in place.
- Oversee and mentor versatile staff to enhance job performance and to meet the expectation of scope of work deliverables during the different phases of the project.
- Collaborates and coordinates with all levels of staff, departments, and third parties to handle the day-to-day project protocols to maintain successful contract administration, resolution, and execution.
SKILLS:
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years of experience as a Contracts Manager
5+ years of experience in the Airport/Aviation field
MUST HAVE AIRPORT EXPERIENCE
