
Todd Knuckey is an airport industry professional with four decades’ leadership experience including planning, design, construction management, and program management for multi-discipline aviation and transportation projects. He joined Paslay Group in 2024 as an Associate Principal and Executive Program Manager for the firm’s team assisting St. Louis Lambert International Airport.
Mr. Knuckey has served as principal-in-charge and project manager at airports throughout the United States, leading teams responsible for new terminal facilities, terminal renovations, parking structures, roadways, runways, taxiways, and aprons. His work has included engagements at Gerald R. Ford, Chicago O’Hare, Louis Armstrong New Orleans, and Dallas-Fort Worth international airports. He has a strong background in business development and management and has led aviation practices for nationally recognized organizations.
Mr. Knuckey earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He has been a certified Professional Engineer in nine states and has been an active member of the American Association of Airport Executives (AAAE), Airports Council International – North America (ACI-NA), and the Airport Consultants Council (ACC).
