Mr. Kitchens is a former airport executive with nearly three decades of experience in airport capital development, having served in leadership roles for development programs at Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport (ATL) and Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). He also is a previous IAH General Manager and Airport Director of Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (MHT) in New Hampshire.
He joined Paslay Group in April 2025 and supports airport clients as an executive advisor and the firm with talent acquisition and business development.
