Mr. Kelley has over 35 years of experience delivering programs and projects from inception through to activation. His career spans work as a program manager, project manager, and general contractor. He served as the Senior Program Manager for the Terminal Cores and APM Interface program at Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), as Quality Assurance Manager for LAWA Construction, and for over 23 years at Denver International Airport, managing the delivery of design and construction of the annual $100M capital improvement program, working within DEN’s organization as an owner agent and other outside consultants, managing the planning and design and construction of hundreds of projects. Mark has a successful track record in project planning and risk management.
Mark is currently working as the Executive Program Manager for the Terminal Modernization Program at Eppley Airfield (OMA) in Omaha.
