Mr. Vanden Oever is an airport commercial business professional with more than three decades of experience in airport business consulting, project management, and concession planning. His diverse background brings a broad perspective to airport concession programs reflective of the concession operator, developer, and airport owner points of view.
He is an expert in using data analytics to achieve continuous process improvements by systematically identifying areas of either opportunity or underperformance through data analytics. He has assisted airports with commercial solicitations, lease negotiations, space programming, space planning, and revenue forecasting. Throughout his career, he has worked with dozens of airports throughout North and South America, the Caribbean, and Asia.
Kent earned his undergraduate degree in Business and Decision Sciences from Miami University in Ohio and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Cincinnati.
