Joseph “Joe” Stackpole joined Paslay Group in spring 2024 as Information Technology Manager and is responsible for aligning IT strategy with business objectives, ensuring efficient operations, and driving technology innovation to support the firm’s growth. He is Paslay Group’s chief liaison between team members and its external Managed Services Provider. He also takes a holistic approach to identifying and resolving the firm’s current and future IT needs.
Mr. Stackpole previously served as an IT Business Analyst for Xpress Global Systems and as an IT Project Associate for Lodge Manufacturing. He excels at project management, cross-functional collaboration, strategic planning, risk management and mitigation, change management, and system integration.
He earned his undergraduate degree in marketing from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is a certified CSM Scrum Master, a project management methodology that emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and an iterative process toward well-defined goals.
