He utilizes his background in project/program portfolio management, controls, and contracts to develop and implement a strong company Work Plan in Enterprise Portfolio Management for the present and future.
Mr. Salazar has been directly responsible for over $13B in project delivery. He establishes a high level of cost planning/control and financial reporting for each engineering and construction project by providing analysis and review of expenditures compared to budget. He anticipates cost deviations using trends and cost analysis.
