Ms. Kessinger joined Paslay Group in January 2025 as Business Development Director. She has over 12 years of experience in business development, marketing, strategy, and project management. She previously served as a Business Development Director in the construction industry, working with architects, engineers, and owners in aviation, higher education, and senior living industries. She has helped a variety of companies grow in scale as an advisor, consultant, founder, and employee.
Emily earned her undergraduate degree in English and her MBA in Organizational Development and Marketing from the University of Denver.
