Mr. Robison joined Paslay Group in December 2025 as an Executive Program Manager. He is a forward-thinking leader recognized for his extensive knowledge of construction, unwavering integrity, and exceptional ability to listen and align with client needs. He is known for guiding solutions that mitigate risk, control costs, and position programs for long-term success.
Mr. Robison is a strategic planner and motivating leader with a proven ability to manage complex, multi-faceted initiatives and foster accountability for high-performance outcomes. He has experience across multiple delivery methods, including Design-Build and Construction Manager-at-Risk. He brings full-spectrum program management expertise spanning estimating, budgeting, scheduling, risk management, quality assurance/quality control, and stakeholder coordination.
His aviation experience includes major planning, design, and construction programs at Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, Chicago O’Hare International Airport, and Denver International Airport.
Mr. Robison holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado and a Master of Engineering in Construction and Engineering Management from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is a Project Management Professional, a National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) Engineer-in-Training (EIT), and a Procore Certified Project Manager.
