- Supported the Chief Executive Officer with an assessment of the Aviation Department organizational structure and identified opportunities to restructure to best align with airport best practices and organizational needs.
- Facilitated executive-level workshops with the airport’s Chief Executive Officer and senior leadership team to identify organizational needs and priorities for the establishment of a new Strategic Plan with goals and measurable KPIs.
- Reviewed and assessed the Philadelphia Department of Aviation Commercial Division’s current organizational structure, benchmarked the structure against airport industry best practices for executing commercial business functions, and identified recommended changes to align the Division with best practices and support the effective and efficient execution of work.
