RSW Skyplex enlisted the consulting services of PG Development as a subconsultant in assisting Lee County Port Authority in developing a comprehensive land plan. PG Development assisted in reviewing and evaluating the existing conditions of RSW Skyplex and the surrounding areas and reviewing and evaluating applicable planning documents, development plans, approvals, and project initiatives, based on executive summary documents provided by LCPA.

Additionally, our team assessed critical path hurdles for development in southwest Florida and overall regional market conditions and provided strategic guidance to maximize future revenue opportunities for LCPA. As an extension of consulting services our team worked with the Airport Board as an interview and selection team member for the Master Brokerage Services Selection.
