Project Overview

Provided Executive Program Management services to support Phase I of Austin-Bergstrom International Airport’s 20-year Master Plan, passenger growth, and the Capital Improvement Plan, including construction of a new concourse, a new processing center including ticketing, security and centralized baggage, a new roadway network, including curbside and a new customs screening and baggage area.

In addition to the new structures, the CIP called for a retrofitting of the Barbara Jorden Terminal, construction of a connection bridge to the new concourse, utility upgrades, and an Automated People Mover system.
