Project Overview
Austin-Bergstrom Intl Airport has created a real estate optimization plan to develop the surrounding lands of the airport. The Airport enlisted the Consulting services of PG Development to assist in the creation and execution of this plan.
The PG leadership team was tasked with analyzing the airport’s goals, schedules, priorities and challenges, as well as projects currently in progress and creating a comprehensive road map to encompass the entire Commercial Development program development, including the Commercial Development Land Use Plan.
Specifically, PG Development is negotiated leases, guided airport development organizational structure, identified development opportunities, created both overall land use plans and separate but integrated Cargo facility plans, obtained stakeholder buy-in, prepared RFP documents for future studies to be issued later, established policies and procedures for development, and interviewed candidates for executive leadership positions at the airport.
