Since 2018, Paslay Group has served as the Owner’s Representative, providing Executive Program Management services to the Allegheny County Airport Authority for its PIT Transformed Terminal Modernization Program. The $2 billion program includes an 811,000-square-foot, three-level landside terminal facility inspired by “nature, technology, and community”; a multi-modal complex with a 3,300-space parking garage and car rental center; new landside roadway infrastructure, advanced technologies, and automated systems; and additional space for concessions, artwork, and amenities.
Program elements include consolidated airline operations, elevated and separated arrivals and departures roadways, ticketing hall, baggage matrix and baggage claim halls, a meeter/greeter area, security checkpoint, retail/food and beverage offerings, integrated art program, and landscaped terraces.
The projects are designed to achieve LEED Silver and ParkSmart certifications.
