One of the nation’s fastest growing airports, ONT is enhancing concessions program offerings for airport customers.
FORT WORTH, TEXAS, July 10, 2024 – The Ontario International Airport Authority has selected PG Advisory, Paslay Group’s business strategy division, to provide concessions consulting and staff augmentation services.
The multi-year agreement extends PG Advisory’s relationship with Ontario International Airport (ONT) with the goals of increasing the concessions program’s performance and alignment with industry standards and enhancing customer service and revenue growth.

With more than 6 million passengers annually, ONT is one of the nation’s fastest growing mid-sized airports and an important entry way to Southern California. ONT’s passenger volumes have increased 60 percent over the past seven years. Airport leaders have predicted that 2.2 million passengers will use the airport this summer, up 15 percent from the previous year.
The growth comes as the airport is enhancing customer service offerings and showcasing the unique sense of place in the Inland Empire and Southern California.
Since November 2023, the ONT Concessions department has worked with PG Advisory to establish enhanced offerings and partnerships with all airport concessionaires. PG Advisory also helped prepare the airport to host the Moodie Davitt Airport Food and Beverage + Hospitality Conference & Awards highlighting industry food and beverage trends held June 25-26.
Under the new agreement, PG Advisory will work with ONT to increase concessions offerings and performance, improve compliance with industry standards, and enhance revenue. Paslay Group Associate Principal Martha Hernandez serves as Project Manager for the engagement.
