FORT WORTH, Texas, May 23, 2024 – Fort Worth Inc. magazine has recognized Paslay Group’s CEO and Managing Partner R. Clay Paslay as one of Fort Worth’s 400 most influential people of 2024.
The 400 list recognizes Tarrant County leaders who wield significant influence in industry, philanthropy, nonprofits, government and public policy, economic development, professional services, education, civic affairs, arts, religion, sports, and media, or within their own sphere. Mr. Paslay was recognized in the 2024 transportation division of honorees.
Mr. Paslay has 47 years of experience in the development industry, with 42 years focused on delivery of airport capital development programs. He founded Paslay Management Group, now Paslay Group, in 2006 following a 25-year career with Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. During his tenure at DFW, he was responsible for the planning and development of all capital infrastructure at DFW, totaling several billion dollars of assets.
As CEO and Managing Partner at Paslay Group, Mr. Paslay oversees the strategic direction of the firm’s three business units: Executive Program Management, Advisory and Development. Mr. Paslay’s airport experience inspired him to create the Executive Program Management model to aid complex capital development programs, a disruptor in the U.S. airport industry. The model provides owners a small team of experienced airport development leaders to integrate with the airport’s executive team and expand the capacity to plan, implement, and deliver large, infrastructure programs on schedule and on budget.
